Titans sign 14 players to tender cards

Tim Toffolo, Titans President and General Manager issued this statement following the draft this evening. "This year's draft was important for the Titans as we were starting all over as we had no rights to any players. With that in mind, the Titans used tender cards prior to the draft, This permitted us to protect an extra 14 players from being drafted by other teams."
